1. How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed and shipped within approximately 7–10 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on orders of $75 or more.

3. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Please contact us if you need help with a return.

4. Can I exchange an item for a different size?

If you need a different size, the easiest option is to return the original item and place a new order for the size you need. This helps ensure the replacement size is available.

5. How do your T-shirts fit?

Most of our graphic tees have a regular unisex fit. Order your usual size for a classic relaxed fit, or size down for a more fitted look. Always check the sizing information on the individual product page before ordering.

6. How do your tank tops fit?

Our muscle tanks generally have a relaxed women’s fit and are true to size. Size up if you prefer a roomier fit. Please check the individual product page because sizing can vary by style.

7. How should I wash my Sworn Loyal Tees apparel?

Wash your apparel cold and inside out with like colors. Tumble dry on low or hang dry for best results. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents, and do not iron directly over the printed design.

8. Where are your shirts made and printed?

Our apparel is professionally printed in the USA. Sworn Loyal Tees is a women-owned small business based in Star, Idaho.

9. Why might the color or placement of my design look slightly different from the website photo?

Each piece is individually printed, so slight variations in color or design placement can occur. Screen settings may also cause colors to appear slightly different. These small variations are a normal part of the printing process.

Sworn Loyal Tees is a women-owned small business founded by two retired law-enforcement officers. Our designs are inspired by vintage Americana, rockabilly style, strength, resilience, faith, patriotism, and a little attitude. Our motto is simple: Wear Your Voice.
